As a new millennium architecture and design practice we believe that no development or building should be considered in isolation from its physical, environmental, social and economic parameters. Architecture is no longer solely concerned with buildings as objects rather the interconnectivity of sustainable systems. As urban designers and architects we deal with how the design process manages and implements these connections (and the way the public uses and experiences them).

The public realm for our studio includes the totality of spaces used freely on a day-to-day basis by the client and the general public: the public-streets, lanes plazas, parks and public infrastructure and the semi-public and private spaces, such as buildings and facades, arcades, malls, foyers, reception areas, and private gardens and courtyards. These all contribute to a project's sense of place, its urban context and its social and financial success. The consideration of these elements forms the backbone of our successful urban and master plans, architectural and interior projects.
